Valley City State University M.Ed./Library and Information Technologies concentration has received National Recognition from AASL (American Association of School Librarians)! It's been a long road--lots of statistics and forms over three years--but this is proof that if you dream big enough and work hard enough, your goals can be reached. Ever wondered if your boss really "gets it" as far as the skills and responsibilities you have in the school library? Check this link out to find out about a workshop being offered this summer that gives credit to each member of a team from your school to attend. The team is comprised of you, a classroom teacher you'd like to work with and one of your school administrators. This workshop is being funded by the Laura Bush Foundation and the LEAD Center in North Dakota through VCSU. Here's the link for more information:
